Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with ReplyWise. If you are not, here is how refunds work.

This policy applies to paid Plus subscriptions processed through Creem.

1. Refund window

If you are unsatisfied with ReplyWise Plus, you may request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment. Refund requests made within this window will be honored without question.

After the 7-day window, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We aim to be fair and reasonable in all cases.

2. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email support@replywise.shop with:

  • Your account email address.
  • The approximate date of your subscription payment.
  • A brief reason for the refund request (optional but helpful).

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days.

3. What is not eligible for refund

  • Requests made more than 30 days after the payment date, except in exceptional circumstances.
  • Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., spam, abuse, or mass automation).
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality alone, after the 7-day window, as reply quality depends on context and usage patterns.

4. Cancellation vs. refund

Cancellation stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued automatically when you cancel.

Refund returns a past payment. If approved, the refund is processed through Creem and your Plus access may be revoked immediately.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard.

5. Payment provider

All payments are processed through Creem, which acts as the merchant of record. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method through Creem. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and typically take 5–10 business days.
